As a Recranet Booking Specialist, you are the first line of contact with our customers. Customers email or call you, and you assist them with various questions about our innovative reservation system. You work with our customers in the hospitable tourism sector, mainly speaking to employees of campsites, holiday parks, hotels, and other rental organizations.
In a few weeks, we'll fully prepare you and familiarize you with our reservation software. Of course, you will continue to learn and eventually become a specialist in our software. You can advance to onboarding specialist, advisor, or account manager if you have these ambitions.
You are extremely strong in both spoken and written communication, and you understand what drives people. You know how to help our customers excellently, but you also know when to say 'no.' You have good planning and organizational skills, and you stick to your commitments. You know our software inside and out, allowing you to help our customers effectively.

- HBO work and thinking level;
- proficiency in the Dutch and English languages in both written and spoken form;
