As a Project Manager / Customer Success Manager at Recranet, you are responsible for the entire journey of our customers: from onboarding to long-term success. You ensure that customers not only go live but also maximize their return from our platform.
You guide campsites, holiday parks, and rental organizations in transitioning to Recranet and ensure they successfully grow with our software, websites, and marketing solutions. You work closely with development, design, and marketing.
You are not only a project manager but also an advisor, sparring partner, and commercial driver. You understand where opportunities lie and help customers to seize them.
What you will do
- You guide customers in the implementation of Recranet (software, website, and marketing)
- You monitor planning, progress, and quality of projects
- You ensure a smooth onboarding and a strong first impression
- You continuously advise customers on growth, optimization, and automation
- You identify commercial opportunities (upsell / cross-sell) and translate them into concrete actions (with sales colleagues)
- You build strong customer relationships and ensure customers become ambassadors of Recranet
- You work intensively with colleagues from development, marketing, and support
- You translate customer feedback into improvements in product and processes

What we ask
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level
- Experience in a role as project manager, account manager, or customer success manager
- Experience with online marketing / software / digital (preferred)
- Commercial mindset and persuasive power
- Strong communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Proactive and energetic attitude
- No 9-to-5 mentality
- Good command of Dutch (English/German is a plus)
- Non-smoker / non-vaper (we promote a healthy lifestyle)

- A salary between € 2900,- and € 4460, depending on your experience and track record.
