Job Opening: Medior/Senior SEO Specialist – AI & Organic Growth

As a Medior/Senior Paid Social Specialist, you are responsible for social campaigns that are not only visible but also demonstrably contribute to more bookings, revenue, and returns.

You develop campaigns for holiday parks, campsites, rental organizations, and hotels and understand how target audiences orient themselves, compare, and book within the recreation and hospitality industry.

You combine data, creativity, and performance marketing to make campaigns smarter and more effective. AI plays an increasingly important role in this. You understand how algorithms, automation, and AI-driven targeting contribute to better creatives, smarter campaigns, and higher performance. You use AI to develop creative concepts faster, target audiences more intelligently, and continuously optimize campaigns — without losing sight of the human and commercial aspects.

Your Role and Impact

You are responsible for the paid social strategy and performance of a selection of clients. You advise clients on campaigns, target audiences, budgets, and growth opportunities and know exactly which combination of creativity, data, and performance is needed to achieve results.

Additionally, you play an important role within the team:

• You coach junior or medior marketers on SEO;
• You actively share knowledge about social advertising, creatives, and AI;
• You help further professionalize our paid social approach.

What You Could Specifically Do

You translate SEO opportunities into concrete optimizations that contribute to visibility, traffic, conversion, and bookings. You combine technical depth with a commercial focus.

For example, you are involved in:

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns;
• Working with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and possibly TikTok Ads;
• Focusing on ROAS, CPA, revenue, and performance;
• Using AI for ad copy, creatives, targeting, and testing;
• Experimenting with automation, AI targeting, and smart creative testing;
• Working with remarketing, lookalikes, and conversion-oriented campaigns;
• Improving tracking via GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager;
• Creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio;
• Collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketers to continuously improve campaigns.

What We Hope You Bring

• HBO/WO working and thinking level;
• At least 4 years of experience with paid social advertising;
• Experience with Meta Ads and performance marketing;
• Strong sense of data, creativity, and conversion;
• Interest in AI, creative automation, and modern social advertising;
• Experience with AI tools for creatives, analysis, and optimization;
• Experience with remarketing, targeting, and funnel campaigns;
• You work independently, structured, and result-oriented;
