Can you translate complex processes into simple interfaces?
At Recranet, we are building the future of tourism, recreation, and hospitality. With Recranet Booking, our channel manager, websites, online marketing, and Recranet Real Estate, we help holiday parks, campsites, rental organizations, and other tourist businesses grow, automate, and achieve more bookings.
Our reservation system is used daily by thousands of professionals and hundreds of thousands of guests. That's why we're looking not just for a developer who builds screens, but especially someone who understands how users work, think, and make decisions.
From the Verano UI Library to the CMS, the Recranet Dashboard, and our reservation software: you help determine how our users work with Recranet on a daily basis.
Are you an experienced frontend specialist with a passion for UX and product development? Do you think conceptually about UX in addition to being a technical frontender? Do you have at least 5 years of experience and want to make an impact on software used daily by thousands of users? Then we would love to meet you.
What will you do
You will be involved in:
- You develop and improve the frontend of Recranet Booking, the CMS, the Recranet Dashboard, and other Recranet products.
- You translate complex processes into simple, logical, and user-friendly interfaces.
- You develop new functionalities within our Angular applications.
- You play an active role in the further development of our Verano UI Library.
- You ensure a consistent user experience across all Recranet products.
- You design user flows and optimize existing workflows based on user needs and practical experience.
- You work closely with other colleagues in frontend, backend, marketing, and UI design.
- You actively think about usability, interactions, and user experience.
- You improve performance, accessibility, and scalability of our applications.
At Recranet, you have a lot of freedom to come up with your own ideas. Do you see a screen, process, or workflow that can be improved? Then we expect you to address and improve it.

How does applying as a Frontend & UX Developer at Recranet work?
At Recranet, we look beyond a resume. We are especially curious about what you have built, improved, and achieved. Therefore, show projects you are proud of, such as frontend projects, SaaS applications, UX improvements, design systems, or GitHub projects.
An AI-generated cover letter makes little impression. We use AI daily ourselves and usually recognize those texts within three sentences. What do we appreciate? Creativity, original ideas, distinctiveness, and an authentic story. Show us who you are, how you think, and why you can make a difference within Recranet.
