Because different characteristics are important for each tourist rental to highlight, you can completely decide which characteristics you want to create. Commonly used is 'pet' or 'dog', but also think of other characteristics that are nice to be able to filter on, such as 'charging station' or 'near the water' or 'near the playground' etc. Super handy for the reception when guests call or they are standing in front of you at the reception and specifically ask for a child-friendly place; filter directly on e.g. 'enclosed garden' and 'near the playground' to quickly get a suitable offer in view. Also online in the search & book, guests can check the same features and then see directly on the map which locations meet their needs and then book the desired spot online.

Hoe kan ik de kenmerken per locatie instellen?

Wanneer je naar instellingen > accommodatie instellingen > locatie kenmerken gaat, kun je hier allereerst zelf kenmerken aanmaken die voor jouw verhuuraanbod van toepassing zijn. Hier kun je ook direct aangeven of het kenmerk bedoeld is om te filteren op je planbord, voor de gasten bij het online reserveren of voor allebei. Wanneer je alle kenmerken gedefinieerd hebt, kun je ze vervolgens in batch koppelen aan de bijbehorende locaties. Dit kun je doen door te gaan naar instellingen > accommodatie instellingen > locaties. Wanneer je alle locaties aanvinkt waarvoor je een bepaald kenmerk wilt toevoegen en vervolgens klikt op 'locaties in batch bewerken', dan kun je in één keer kenmerken koppelen of juist ontkoppelen als dat nodig is. De kenmerken zijn altijd door jouzelf te bewerken, zodat je kunt aanvullen of wijzigen wanneer gewenst.
