Improvements in the terms of payment based on the payment conditions

The calculation of the terms of payment based on the payment conditions in the reservation has been improved. As soon as the down payment was done, the amount in the terms of payment was locked, the amount was not recalculated based on xx% of the total amount.

In order to clarify the way in which the payment terms were calculated it was decided to include the amount of the payment as a set amount in the payment conditions. So, when the payment conditions are adjusted, the set term remains the same.

From now on, four adjusted payment conditions can be set for reservations. It is possible to set adjusted payment terms per accommodation or arrangement in the tab Administrative under Settings -> Accommodations/Arrangements.

In the guest environment the guest can select one or more payment terms when making a payment. If a payment term is partially done, the remaining balance is shown and added up for the payment.

When a request for payment is sent, the amounts that have already been paid and the balance are omitted. This makes the payment request clearer for the guest. Of course, the payment terms can be found on the reservation confirmation that is attached.
